Getting started
How do I get access?
Request a demo. After a 30-minute walkthrough we set up your account, connect your tracking and advertisers, and move your data across for free.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in one to two weeks from the first call.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. After the demo you can run Eondash on your own traffic during a trial.
Tracking and postbacks
Can I use my own tracking domain?
Yes. Tracking links run on your own domains, and you can add more than one.
Which trackers can Eondash read from?
Keitaro, Affise, Scaleo and Alanbase. You can also use the Eondash tracker on its own.
How do advertisers send conversions?
By S2S postback to a URL on your tracking domain, with the click ID, the event (lead, sale or rejected) and the payout.
Can affiliates set up their own postbacks?
Yes. Affiliates add their postback URLs in their portal, and you can set global or per-affiliate templates with macros.
Reconciliation
What is reconciliation in Eondash?
Matching each conversion you tracked to the advertiser's own record of it by click ID, and giving every difference a status.
Where does the advertiser's data come from?
From the advertiser's or network's own platform, connected during onboarding. Platforms we don't connect yet are scoped as a custom integration.
How often does it run?
Every 12 hours on Solo, every 6 hours on Media Buying and every hour on Affiliate Network. Match statuses are on Media Buying and Affiliate Network.
Can I correct a result?
Yes. Mark a conversion paid, duplicate or on hold, or add a financial adjustment with a note. Changes flow into reports and invoices.
Anti-fraud
What does fraud screening look at?
IP intelligence (proxy, VPN, hosting and data-center addresses, and geo), repeat conversions from one IP, sub ID rotation, sudden volume, known bot user agents and click floods.
Which plan includes it?
Anti-fraud detection and screening is part of the Affiliate Network plan.
Does a verdict block an affiliate automatically?
Verdicts are marked for your team to review, with the signal behind each one. You decide what to do, and you can maintain your own blacklist.
Plans and billing
What does it cost?
Solo €349, Media Buying €749 and Affiliate Network €1,149 a month, flat, with unlimited clicks and no setup fee. Paying yearly saves 10%.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I cancel?
Give 30 days' written notice. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there an AI add-on?
Yes. The AI agent add-on runs day-to-day operations from chat for €149 a month, on Media Buying and Affiliate Network.
Account and security
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes. There are seven built-in roles and you can create custom roles from fine-grained permissions.
Is two-factor sign-in available?
Yes, with an authenticator app, and you can trust devices you use often.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Changes are recorded in an audit log, and you can see and end active sessions.
Where does my data live?
Each customer runs on its own dedicated deployment. We cover data handling in your agreement with us.
