Who we are
This policy describes how Techedz LLC, a company incorporated in Georgia (identification number 404826854) doing business as Eondash ("Eondash", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit eondash.com, request a demo, send us a message, or otherwise contact us before entering a commercial agreement. We act as the data controller for this information.
Eondash provides software that helps CPA networks and media buying teams track conversions, reconcile them with advertiser data, screen traffic and prepare affiliate invoices. Customers using Eondash under contract are also covered by their agreement and data processing terms.
Information we collect
We don't intentionally collect special categories of personal data. Please don't include sensitive information in free-text fields.
- Contact and business details you give us in our forms: email, name, company, website, business type, the offer categories you run, what you'd like to see, your preferred contact channel and handle, and your message.
- Messages you send us and our replies.
- How you reached the site: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or gclid), the referring page and the page you landed on. This is sent with your form and, only if you accept analytics cookies, kept in your browser to remember your first and latest visit.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type, including the spam check that runs when you submit a form.
- If you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed and interactions measured by Google Analytics 4, and, through Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps and session replays of how you scroll, click and move around our pages. Clarity masks text you type into forms. Microsoft may also use this data as described in its own privacy statement.
How we use it
- To answer demo requests and messages, schedule calls and tell you about Eondash.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, if you consent to analytics.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- To send product news where you have agreed or the law allows it, always with a way to opt out.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing emails), on steps you ask us to take before a contract (such as answering a demo request), on our legitimate interests (such as following up business enquiries and protecting the site), and on legal obligations.
Where the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection applies, we process personal data only on grounds that law permits, including your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host the site and process form submissions (Cloudflare), to check that forms are sent by people (Cloudflare Turnstile), to receive and store the emails your form creates (Google, which hosts our mailbox), and, with your consent, to measure the site (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). They process data on our instructions.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction under confidentiality. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Techedz LLC is established in Georgia, and information you send through the site is processed there and where our service providers operate. Where the GDPR applies and data moves to a country without an EU adequacy decision, including Georgia, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for details of the safeguards for a specific transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as we need it to answer you, manage a business relationship and meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
Cookies
Analytics tools load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; Accept covers analytics only, and the site runs no advertising tags. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set and campaign details are not stored in your browser. If you accept, the campaign details of your first and latest visit stay in your browser until you choose Decline or clear site data. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, receive a copy, object to processing based on legitimate interests (including direct marketing at any time), and withdraw consent. Where Georgian law applies, you may also ask us to block or stop processing. You can complain to a data protection authority.
To use these rights, email hello@eondash.com. We may need to confirm your identity and will reply within the time the law requires.
Security and children
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
