About these terms
These terms govern your use of eondash.com, our marketing materials, demo requests and related pre-contract services (the "site"), operated by Techedz LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Georgia (identification number 404826854), doing business as Eondash ("Eondash", "we", "us").
Eondash provides software and services for affiliate tracking, conversion reconciliation, traffic screening and affiliate invoicing. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who the site is for
The site is for business users such as CPA networks, media buying teams, affiliates, advertisers and agencies. You confirm you are authorised to act for the organisation you contact us on behalf of. Using Eondash products is governed by a separate commercial agreement, order form and data processing terms, not by these terms alone.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in breach of the law or anyone else's rights;
- probe, scan or test the security of our systems without written permission;
- scrape or automate access to the site in a way that harms its performance or security;
- submit false, misleading or unauthorised information through our forms.
Demo requests and pricing
A request sent through the site doesn't create a contract. We may contact you using the details you give us. Prices on the site are in euros and exclude taxes unless stated. Service levels, integrations and data handling for paid plans are set out in your order documents.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, graphics, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Eondash or its licensors. You may view it to evaluate Eondash for your business. No other rights are granted.
Other companies' services
The site may mention other platforms, such as trackers and analytics tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability, terms or data practices. Names of other companies are used only to identify them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Marketing content on the site is general information and is not a guarantee of specific business outcomes or detection rates. Examples on the site use fictional data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Eondash and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for claims about the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Eondash against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms, and any non-contractual obligations connected with them, are governed by the laws of Georgia. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us that names a different law, that agreement controls for the matters it covers. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Changes apply from that date, and we'll give reasonable notice on the site of material changes.
