Sweepstakes affiliate tracking for surveys and lead gen offers
SOI and DOI offers pay on leads, sometimes on sales, and draw more automated traffic than most verticals. Eondash keeps leads, sales and duplicates apart and checks traffic before you credit it.
Where sweepstakes and survey numbers go wrong
Leads and sales get counted as the same thing.
Postbacks carry the event, so a lead, a sale and a rejection are recorded differently. Reconciliation marks lead not sale whenever the advertiser counted less than you tracked.
Match statuses: Media Buying and Affiliate Network plans
The same person enters twice.
Repeat conversions from one IP are flagged, and a click ID that comes back more than once in the advertiser's data gets its own duplicate status.
Bots and incentivised traffic inflate the top of the funnel.
Known bot user agents, click floods, and data-center and VPN traffic are screened, and each source receives a fraud, suspicious or clean verdict you can act on. Anti-fraud screening is part of the Affiliate Network plan.
Survey panels reject leads from the wrong country.
Wrong geo is a status of its own, showing the country you tracked next to the country the advertiser reported, so you can see which sources leak traffic from outside the target.
Low payouts make per-event tracker fees hurt.
Every plan is a flat monthly price with unlimited clicks, so a high-volume, low-payout offer doesn't move your software bill.
SOI, DOI and paid events
On a single opt-in offer the lead is the conversion. On offers that pay after confirmation, the advertiser posts back the lead at sign-up and the paid event when it happens, and Eondash keeps both linked to the same click.
Payouts can differ by offer and by sub ID, which matters when a sweepstakes offer pays one rate for email sign-ups and another for completed profiles.
Affiliates see the same events in their own portal, with their links and postbacks, so a question about a missing lead starts from the click ID rather than from a screenshot of two dashboards.
Example: a survey panel lead
A lead from sub ID push_eu_02 signs up for a survey panel in Canada and you track it at €1.40. The advertiser approves it at the same payout, but reports the country as the United States. Eondash marks the row wrong geo and puts both countries on it.
Review repeated country mismatches by source before contacting your traffic partner. Seeing them as separate rows, rather than as a gap in a total, shows which source the mismatches come from.
Lead gen beyond sweepstakes
The same setup works for other lead generation offers: insurance quotes, education enquiries and app sign-ups that pay on a qualified lead. Track the lead, receive the advertiser's decision by postback, match it against the advertiser's own records, and invoice affiliates on what was approved. Smartlinks can send each visitor to the offer that accepts their country and device, so fewer leads are wasted on offers that would reject them.
Questions
What counts as a duplicate?
A click ID that shows up more than once in the advertiser's data for the same period is marked duplicate. Repeat conversions from one IP are flagged separately by fraud screening.
Can we see bot traffic separately?
Yes. Known bot user agents and click floods have their own view, and visits your routing rules turn away are logged separately from clicks, by source.
Which plan suits a lead gen network?
Affiliate Network, if you want fraud screening and hourly advertiser sync. Media Buying, if you mainly need match statuses and affiliate management.
