Nutra affiliate tracking and reconciliation for health and beauty offers
Supplements, skincare and health offers run on trials, approvals and rejections. Eondash tracks each step by click ID and shows where the advertiser's numbers and yours part ways.
What makes nutra and beauty offers hard to track
Approval rates swing by geo and by traffic source.
Quality reports show clicks, leads and approved sales by offer, geo, source and sub ID, so a falling approval rate shows up against the source causing it rather than as a blended average.
A sale you tracked comes back as a lead, or not at all.
Reconciliation marks lead not sale, missing commission and not in advertiser data, with the click ID and both amounts side by side, ready to send to the advertiser.
Match statuses: Media Buying and Affiliate Network plans
Payouts differ by offer, by geo and by sub ID.
Set payouts per offer and per sub ID, keep their history, and build affiliate invoices from approved conversions rather than from everything that was tracked.
Landing pages and geos need constant testing.
Smartlinks rotate landing pages and route by geo and device, and strict geo rules keep traffic on the offers that accept it.
Low-quality traffic burns good offers.
Screen proxy, VPN and data-center traffic and repeat conversions from one IP, and see which sources are marked suspicious before you credit them.
Anti-fraud: Affiliate Network plan
One trial offer, status by status
A visitor clicks through from sub ID fb_04 and signs up for a 30-day collagen trial. The advertiser posts back a lead. Three days later the order is approved, and the advertiser posts a sale at €38 against the same click.
When the advertiser's data syncs, the two records line up and the conversion is matched. Had the advertiser reported €30, it would show as missing commission with both amounts on the row. Had the order been rejected, the rejection would sit against that click, and the affiliate's invoice would leave it out.
Skincare and beauty offers
Beauty offers behave much like health ones: trial sign-ups, approval windows and a share of rejections that varies by source. Run them on the same tracker, with payouts per offer and per geo, and watch approval rate by sub ID in the quality report.
Each conversion keeps its click ID from the first click to the affiliate invoice, so you can investigate a disputed order with the advertiser using the click ID and both reported amounts.
The same reports work for a single skincare brand's programme and for a network carrying dozens of beauty advertisers, because every advertiser's data is matched on its own and rolled up only when you ask for it.
For nutra networks and the teams that buy for them
Networks use Eondash to run affiliates and advertisers, match each advertiser's data and invoice from approved conversions. Buying teams use it to see which sales each network approved and which sub IDs still make money after rejections.
Questions
Can the same product pay differently in two geos?
Yes. Each campaign carries its own payout and the geos it accepts, so one product sold in two markets can run as two campaigns at two payouts, with sub ID rules on top.
What happens to a rejected order on the affiliate invoice?
Invoices are built from approved, matched conversions. A rejected order stays on record against its click, visible to your team, and doesn't reach the invoice.
Can we test pre-landers and landers?
Yes. Smartlinks rotate landing pages within the same flow, and the quality report shows how each path converts through to approval.
