CPA network software built around reconciliation
Run advertisers, affiliates, tracking and invoices in one place, and know which conversions each advertiser approved before you invoice anyone.
What gets harder as a network grows
Advertisers' numbers don't match yours, and you find out at month-end.
Eondash matches each advertiser's data to your tracking by click ID on every sync, hourly on the Affiliate Network plan, and gives every difference a status: missing commission, not in advertiser data, wrong geo or duplicate.
Match statuses: Media Buying and Affiliate Network plans
Affiliate invoices start from your dashboard, then get argued down.
Invoices are built from matched conversions plus the adjustments you record, with draft and review stages, payout thresholds, and small balances carried into the next month.
Fraud shows up after you've already credited it.
Traffic is screened for hosting and VPN IPs, repeat conversions from one address, sub ID rotation and bot patterns. Each source gets a fraud, suspicious or clean verdict with the signal behind it.
Anti-fraud: Affiliate Network plan
Affiliates email you for links, postback setups and statements.
Affiliates get a self-serve portal: they request access to offers, take their links, add their own postback URLs, and see their ledger and invoices without writing to your team.
Your platform bill grows with your payouts.
Affiliate Network is €1,149 a month, flat, with unlimited clicks and no setup fee. A record month doesn't come with a record invoice from your software.
How a network runs on Eondash
You add advertisers and their offers, with payouts per offer and per sub ID and the geos each one accepts. Affiliates sign up, verify their email and wait for your approval. Once approved, they browse the offer catalogue and request access; approving a request creates their tracking link on your domain.
Clicks run through smartlinks that route by geo and device. Advertisers post conversions back by S2S, and Eondash forwards each one to the affiliate's own postback with the macros they need. During onboarding we connect each advertiser's own data, so reconciliation has something to compare against from the first sync.
At month-end the matched conversions become affiliate invoices. Your team reviews the differences that need a decision, records adjustments, marks invoices paid, and the next month starts from clean numbers.
Keep the tracker you already run
If your network runs on Affise, Scaleo or Alanbase today, you don't have to migrate everything on day one. Eondash reads clicks and conversions with a network API key and adds reconciliation, fraud screening and invoicing on top, so your affiliates keep their links while you try it.
When you're ready, the Eondash tracker runs on your own domains under your own brand: your name, tracking domain, support address and legal links, with roles and permissions for every person on your team.
Which plan networks choose
Choose Affiliate Network for fraud screening, postback logs and hourly advertiser sync. Media Buying already includes affiliate management and match statuses, and you can move up at any time.
Questions
Can affiliates keep their current links while we try Eondash?
If you run Affise, Scaleo or Alanbase today, Eondash reads your existing clicks and conversions, so affiliates keep their links while you evaluate. Moving links to the Eondash tracker is planned with you during onboarding.
Can we run it under our own brand?
Yes. Your network's name, tracking domain, support address, sender address and legal links appear instead of ours, and each customer runs on its own dedicated deployment.
How do advertisers send us conversions?
By S2S postback to a URL on your tracking domain, carrying the click ID, the event and the payout. Their own records for reconciliation are connected separately during onboarding.
